Working within this Bailey Road apartment, our team developed a design language rooted in modern luxury with a sense of warmth. The palette centres around neutral tones, marble accents, and rich wood finishes that make the apartment feel both elegant and timeless.

Custom furniture pieces were selected and designed to complement the spatial flow of each room. Statement pendant lighting was used throughout as a design element in its own right, adding character to the living and dining areas. Every detail, from material selection to spatial planning, was carefully curated to elevate the everyday living experience.

One of the signature features of this project is the custom-built loft-style bunk bed with integrated wooden staircase, a design choice that maximises functionality without compromising on warmth or comfort. Another standout is the traditional puja room with black marble backdrop and brass detailing, reflecting the family’s cultural values within a contemporary frame. This kind of detail reflects the Intros Space approach: thoughtful, personal, and always tailored to the client.

What We Delivered

The living and dining areas were designed with custom furniture layout and a cohesive material palette connecting both spaces. The kitchen was planned with a sleek mosaic backsplash and ample storage for daily functionality. Bedrooms were designed with custom wardrobe units, statement lighting, and curated wall art for a calm, contemporary atmosphere. A full material and colour palette consultation was provided from concept to completion.
