Intros Space designed this residential apartment interior design Shantibag Dhaka, with a clear vision — to create a home that feels both refined and deeply livable. The brief called for a space that balances contemporary aesthetics with everyday comfort, where every room serves a purpose without sacrificing elegance.

A Contemporary Design Language Rooted in Warmth

The design concept draws from clean lines, warm natural textures, and a carefully curated material palette. Neutral tones were paired with rich wood finishes to create depth and visual warmth — ensuring the apartment feels sophisticated without being cold or overly formal.

Functional Planning for Real Life

Each room was planned around how the family actually lives. The living areas flow naturally into the dining space, the kitchen was positioned for ease of daily use, and the bedrooms were designed to offer both comfort and privacy. Wasted square footage was eliminated — every corner was given purpose.

Light, Texture, and Timeless Aesthetics

Natural light plays a central role throughout the apartment. Window placements were carefully considered to maximise daylight across all key spaces. Textile choices, surface finishes, and furniture proportions were selected to work together cohesively — creating interiors that age well and feel timeless rather than trend-driven.
