Intros Space designed the interior for RSC Office Chittagong, a regional branch workspace built to bring the same professional standard as the company’s Dhaka office while adapting to a smaller, more compact commercial space common in Chittagong’s office buildings.

The reception area was treated as a key design priority, since it’s the first impression for visiting clients and partners. A clean, welcoming layout with durable, easy-to-maintain finishes was planned to create a professional entry point without requiring a large footprint.
Workstations were arranged for efficient use of a more compact floor plan, with ergonomic furniture chosen to keep staff comfortable through long working hours an important consideration for regional offices that often operate with leaner space than head office locations.
Meeting areas were kept simple but functional, designed to handle both internal coordination and occasional client discussions without needing dedicated large conference rooms, making the most of available space.
Material choices throughout focused on durability suited to Chittagong’s coastal climate, where humidity can affect finishes over time surfaces and materials were selected to maintain their look with minimal upkeep.
Lighting was planned for consistent, functional brightness across work areas, supporting daily productivity while keeping the space feeling open despite its smaller scale compared to larger corporate offices.
This project demonstrates how Intros Space adapts its design approach for regional branch offices maintaining brand consistency and professional standards while working within the practical constraints of smaller commercial spaces.
