Working on this Dhaka duplex, our team developed a design language centred on functionality and aesthetics working together throughout every room. Innovative spatial layouts were used to maximise the home’s vertical floor plan, ensuring each level feels purposeful and connected to the next.

Elegant finishes and a cohesive material palette were applied consistently across the duplex, creating visual harmony between the ground and upper floors. Every room was crafted with daily living in mind — balancing style with the practical needs of a modern family.

Duplex homes present a unique design opportunity, since the layout must connect multiple floors while still giving each level its own clear identity and purpose. According to the Whole Building Design Guide, well-planned multi-level residential layouts that prioritise daylighting and clear circulation significantly improve everyday comfort — a principle reflected throughout this New Age Duplex House.

What We Delivered

For this Dhaka duplex interior, Intros Space delivered a complete residential design solution. Living and dining area layouts were planned with cohesive material finishes across floors. Master bedroom interiors were designed for comfort and privacy. Kitchen design focused on functional layout and storage efficiency. Bathroom finishes were selected for durability and visual consistency. A full lighting plan and material and colour consultation were provided from concept to completion.
