The Apartment Interior at Rajarbag

The Apartment Interior at Rajarbag is a thoughtfully designed residential project by Intros Space, located in one of Dhaka’s established urban neighbourhoods. The goal of this project was to transform a standard apartment into a warm, functional home that reflects the personality and lifestyle of the family living in it.

Rajarbag is a densely built area of central Dhaka, where most apartments share similar floor plans and structural constraints. Our challenge was to make this space feel distinct, personal, and spacious without major structural changes. We focused on smart space planning, a cohesive material palette, and layered lighting to achieve a home that feels both curated and liveable.

The overall colour scheme draws from warm neutrals cream, beige, and soft wood tones balanced with deeper accents in the furniture and textiles. This combination creates a sense of warmth without making the rooms feel heavy or closed off.

For this project, our team delivered living room design with custom sofa layout and feature wall, dining area with space-efficient furniture selection, master bedroom with built-in wardrobe and bedside detailing, secondary bedroom design optimised for storage, kitchen layout with functional workflow and cabinet design, bathroom finishes and fixture selection, full lighting plan including ambient, task, and accent lighting, and material and colour palette consultation throughout.
