Intros Space designed this Banquet Hall as a versatile event venue built to host weddings, receptions, corporate functions, and private celebrations under one elegant roof. The brief called for a space that could shift easily between event types formal corporate setups during the day and warm, celebratory weddings in the evening without feeling like two different rooms.

The ceiling design became the centerpiece of the hall. A layered ceiling structure with integrated lighting tracks allows the lighting mood to change completely depending on the event, from bright and crisp for daytime conferences to soft, warm tones for evening receptions. This flexibility was a key request from the client, since the hall needed to serve multiple types of bookings throughout the week.

Seating and floor layout were planned for easy reconfiguration round tables for weddings, theatre-style rows for seminars, or open floor plans for cocktail-style events. Wide aisles and clear sightlines to the stage area were prioritized so guests at every table feel included in the main event.

Material choices focused on durability and acoustics. Wall finishes were selected to reduce echo from music and speeches, which is a common issue in large open halls, while flooring was chosen to handle heavy foot traffic and frequent furniture rearrangement between bookings.

Colour palette stays neutral and elegant soft golds, warm whites, and muted greys so the space photographs well for any event theme without clashing with decor brought in by clients for weddings or branded corporate events.

This project reflects how Intros Space approaches commercial hospitality interiors: practical, durable, and built around real day-to-day usage, while still delivering the polished look clients expect from a premium event venue in Dhaka.
