Intros Space designed the office interior for AC_AMMS, a shipping company office in Chittagong Bangladesh’s main port city. The brief required a workspace that feels professional to international clients and partners while supporting the fast-paced, coordination-heavy nature of shipping operations.

Given the nature of shipping operations constant communication with ports, agents, and international clients the office layout was built around clear zones for admin staff, operations teams, and client-facing meeting spaces, each designed to support a different pace of work.

Meeting rooms were given particular attention, since this office regularly hosts discussions with international shipping partners. The design uses clean, professional finishes that create a strong first impression while keeping the space functional for day-to-day negotiations and coordination calls.

Open work areas for the operations team were designed for quick communication and collaboration desks arranged to support team coordination rather than isolated individual work, reflecting how shipping logistics teams actually operate day to day.

Branding was incorporated subtly throughout the space, reinforcing the company’s identity without making the office feel like a showroom  appropriate for a business-focused environment rather than a retail or hospitality space.

Lighting and finishes were selected for durability and a clean, modern look that holds up well in Chittagong’s coastal climate, where humidity and salt air can affect materials over time.

The result is a functional, professional office that supports AC_AMMS’s daily logistics operations while presenting the right image to the international shipping partners they work with.
