Design Concept Of H&M 10th Floor Interior

Working on this 10th-floor office space, our team developed a design language focused on open layouts, clean branded aesthetics, and everyday comfort that meets international workplace standards. The palette and finishes were selected to feel polished and professional while supporting the practical, fast-paced rhythm of a fashion retail operation.

Open workstation zones were planned for collaboration and efficient daily workflow, while display and presentation areas were designed with a slightly more refined finish to support internal brand presentations and visiting stakeholders. The layout balances functional office needs with the visual standards expected of an international retail brand’s regional workspace.

According to the World Green Building Council’s workplace research, open, well-lit office layouts with clear functional zoning consistently improve both employee productivity and satisfaction — both priorities reflected throughout this 10th-floor design.

What We Delivered

For this Dhaka office interior, Intros Space delivered a complete commercial design solution. Open workstation layouts were planned for collaborative efficiency. Display and presentation areas were designed with elevated finishes for internal and stakeholder use. Lighting design was developed to support both daily workflow and visual presentation needs. Material and finish selections were made for durability and a polished, professional look. A full material and colour consultation was provided from concept to completion.
