Working within this Baridhara office, our team developed a layout built around the specific operational needs of a buying house executive rooms, open workstations, and dedicated client meeting areas that all needed to coexist within a single, cohesive design language.

Sleek finishes and a restrained material palette were used throughout to project professionalism while keeping the workspace visually calm and uncluttered. Ergonomic furniture was selected for the workstation areas, prioritising staff comfort during long working hours, while client meeting rooms were designed with a slightly more elevated finish to make a strong impression during buyer visits and negotiations.

Lighting was planned as a functional priority rather than a purely decorative one — ensuring consistent, glare-free illumination across workstations where staff handle detailed merchandising and documentation work throughout the day. According to the World Green Building Council’s research on workplace design, proper lighting and ergonomic furniture are among the strongest contributors to employee productivity in office environments — both central priorities in this project.
