Working within this existing hotel structure in Rajarbag, our team developed a renovation approach focused on creating a welcoming, contemporary first impression for arriving guests. The café was designed as a cozy yet vibrant social space, encouraging guests to relax and interact — supported by warm lighting, refined material choices, and a clean, uncluttered layout suitable for both casual meetings and leisure moments.

The hotel lobby reception serves as the functional and emotional heart of the inn. A clear spatial flow, efficient reception layout, and elegant finishes were incorporated to ensure smooth guest movement while projecting a modern, professional first impression — particularly important for a hotel that hosts a significant share of business travellers.

Renovating existing hospitality spaces presents unique challenges compared to ground-up design, since the new layout must work within established structural constraints while still delivering a transformed guest experience. According to Skift’s hospitality design research, lobby and reception design remains one of the strongest predictors of a guest’s first impression of a hotel — a priority that shaped every decision in this renovation.

What We Delivered

For this Grand Circle Inn renovation, Intros Space delivered a complete hospitality interior solution. Café layout and seating design were planned for comfort and social atmosphere. Lobby and reception areas were redesigned for smooth guest flow and a strong first impression. Lighting design was developed to create warmth across both the café and lobby spaces. Material and finish selections were made for durability under high guest turnover. A full design and material consultation was provided from concept to completion.
