Intros Space designed the interior for Bashundhara 4 Katha Total Fashion, a retail showroom built for a premium fashion brand. The brief centered on one core goal: create a space where the products are the focus, the layout encourages browsing, and customers feel comfortable spending time in the store.

The layout was planned around natural customer flow entry points, display zones, and fitting areas were arranged so shoppers move through the store organically rather than feeling guided or boxed in. Display fixtures were custom-positioned to highlight key collections without crowding the walkways, keeping the showroom feeling open even when fully stocked.

Lighting was a major focus, since fashion retail depends heavily on how products look under store lighting. A layered lighting plan combines bright, even illumination across display areas with focused accent lighting on featured pieces, helping garments and accessories look their best from every angle.

Fitting rooms were designed with comfort and privacy in mind, finished with materials that match the showroom’s premium feel rather than feeling like an afterthought — something many retail spaces overlook.

The colour palette and finishes stay neutral and clean, letting the clothing and accessories stand out as the visual focus rather than competing with the interior design. Flooring and wall finishes were chosen for durability under constant foot traffic, since retail spaces see heavy daily use.

This project reflects how Intros Space approaches commercial retail interiors — designs that support the brand experience while staying practical for daily store operations in Dhaka’s competitive fashion retail market.
