Working within this Dhaka apartment, our team developed a design language built around comfort, quality, and timeless aesthetic choices. The palette draws from soft neutral tones paired with thoughtfully selected furniture — creating interiors that feel both contemporary and genuinely livable for everyday urban life.

Spatial planning prioritised smart layout efficiency throughout the apartment, ensuring every room serves a clear purpose without feeling cramped. Elegant green zones were integrated where the layout allowed, softening the interior atmosphere and bringing a sense of calm into the home — an approach that reflects how natural elements can meaningfully improve daily living in dense urban settings.

Lighting and material choices were considered together throughout the apartment, ensuring a cohesive visual language from the living area through to the bedrooms. According to the World Green Building Council, incorporating biophilic elements like greenery into residential interiors has a measurable positive effect on occupant wellbeing — a principle reflected in the planning of this Jhil Par apartment.

What We Delivered

For this Dhaka apartment interior, Intros Space delivered a complete residential design solution. The living and dining area was designed with custom furniture layout and cohesive material finishes. The master bedroom was planned for comfort with integrated storage. Kitchen design focused on functional layout and efficient storage. Bathroom finishes were selected for durability and visual consistency. A full lighting plan and material and colour consultation were provided from concept to completion.
