Design Approach for the Shahjadpur Apartment interior

Shahjadpur is a growing residential neighbourhood in Dhaka, popular among young families and professionals. Working within a 1,493 sft floor plan, our team had the advantage of generous space, which we used to create defined zones for living, dining, and private areas without the apartment feeling compartmentalised.

The design language is rooted in timeless elegance. Warm textures wood veneers, soft furnishings, and natural stone accents are balanced against clean lines and neutral tones. The result is a home that feels curated but never overdone, sophisticated but always liveable.

What We Delivered

Every room in this Shahjadpur apartment was designed from the ground up. The living and dining areas were planned as a connected yet distinct zone, with furniture layout and lighting designed to support both family time and entertaining. The master bedroom features a full built-in wardrobe system and layered lighting for a hotel-like feel at home. Secondary bedrooms were designed with storage as the priority. The kitchen was redesigned for practical workflow with custom cabinetry. Bathrooms received full finish and fixture upgrades. A comprehensive lighting plan ties the entire apartment together.
