The 60′ Residence is a modern apartment interior designed by Intros Space for a family in Dhaka. The project focuses on creating a home that feels open, calm, and functional — balancing the demands of everyday urban living with thoughtful design choices that last.
Working within a 60-foot layout, our team carefully planned each room to maximize usable space without compromising on comfort. Open living areas flow naturally into dining and kitchen zones, while bedrooms are designed as quiet, private retreats away from the busy pace of city life.
Design Approach
The interior palette is built around soft, neutral tones warm whites, muted beiges, and earthy accents chosen to make the apartment feel larger and brighter throughout the day. Large windows were prioritised wherever possible to bring in natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting during daytime hours.
Storage was a key concern from the start. Custom cabinetry, built-in wardrobes, and concealed storage solutions were integrated into every room so that the home remains uncluttered and easy to maintain.

About the Project
Architect: Ahmed Tanvir
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Category: Residential Interior Design
At Intros Space, every residential project begins with listening. We work closely with each client to understand how they live, what matters to them, and what kind of home they want to come back to. The 60′ Residence is a reflection of that process a space designed not just to look good, but to feel like home.
Dhaka’s urban homes often face challenges around space, ventilation, and natural light especially in mid-rise apartments where units share walls and corridors. The 60′ Residence was designed with these constraints in mind. Every decision, from ceiling height to tile selection, was made to counteract the limitations of the built environment and create a home that feels genuinely spacious.
The result is an interior that works on multiple levels visually clean, physically comfortable, and practical for a family’s daily routine. Whether it is morning sunlight filling the living room or the ease of finding storage in every corner, the design choices in this project are felt rather than noticed.
